ORDER This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to cancel the patta standing in the name of the sixth respondent for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 17.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2The petitioner claims that being Panjami lands, the sixth respondent ought not to have been issued with a patta for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition. The petitioner seeks for cancellation of the same through the representation, dated

This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
