¶2The Petitioner is A-14 in Spl.SC.No.16 of 2025 before the Principal District and Sessions Judges Court, at Erode.

¶3Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a daily coolie and has complied with the conditions of bail order dated 11.03.2026 by appearing before the Trial Court at 10.30 a.m., on all working days since the order was passed by this Court. He submits that the Petitioner has also furnished a security as was ordered by the aforesaid order.

¶4The learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent also confirmed that the Petitioner has complied with the order so far.

¶5Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, the condition fixed on 11.03.2026 directing the Petitioner to appear at 10.30 a.m., on all working days before the Trial Court is modified by directing the Petitioner to appear at 10.30 a.m., on every Friday of every week pending the trial. ¶6In case, Friday happens to be a Holiday in any of the Month, appropriate dates will be fixed by the Court on which date the Petitioner shall appear.
