Today, the respondents furnished the photographs of the premises which has been resealed and a public notice board is fixed intimating to the general public that the premises have been sealed in view of its unauthorised construction. ¶2Taking note of the above fact, we find that the prayer sought in the writ petition has been substantially complied.

¶3Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open to the authorities to take further course of action against the persons who unauthorisedly removed the seal, which is the subject matter of the criminal complaint pending investigation.
