Judgment
ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) Since the Central Administrative Tribunal had not considered the interim relief sought for by the petitioner herein for him to participate in the written examination, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
¶2By way of an interim order dated 25.04.2025, we had directed the respondents to permit the petitioner to write the written examination scheduled to be held on 11.05.2025, with a rider that a mere participation of the petitioner in the selection process will not give him any right to claim any other benefit for the purpose of selection.
¶3It is now brought to our notice that the written examination that was earlier scheduled to be held on 11.05.2025, has been postponed to
08.06.2025.
¶4The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents would comply with the interim order passed by this Court on 25.04.2025.
¶5Hence, we are of the view that the petitioner can redress all his grievances in the main Original Application, which is pending in O.A.No.310/00295/2025 before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench.
¶6Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [M.S.R, J.] [V.L.N, J.]
