¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

¶5In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

¶6Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

¶7In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 29.03.2026 and after issuing due notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
