¶2The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner is said to have abused the defacto complainant and also assaulted him with knife thereby causing grievous injuries to him. Hence the complaint.

¶3The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the investigation and he will appear before the respondent police as and when required and he is ready to abide by any condition imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Now, the injured has been discharged from the hospital. However, he prays for dismissal of the anticipatory bail petition to the petitioner.
