Order The civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1001 days in filing the petition to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased second respondent; To set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd respondent and to bring on record the proposed respondents 12 to 14 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent and rank them as respondents 12 to 14 in the above CRP.No.1326 of 2020.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the delay of 1001 days stands condoned and C.M.P.No.11512 of 2025 stands Page3 of 4 allowed; The abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent stands set aside and C.M.P.No.11514 of 2025 stands allowed and the proposed respondents 12 to 14 herein are brought on record as respondents 12 to 14 in the Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, C.M.P.No.11515 of 2025 stands allowed.
