Judgment

ORDER When the matter was called on 09.04.2026, the learned counsel who had filed the present Writ Petition informed this Court that he had withdrawn his vakalat. Consequently, this Court directed the Registry to reflect the name of the petitioner in the cause list.

2.Pursuant to the said direction, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list and the matter was called on 16.04.2026. On that date, there was no representation for the petitioner. Consequently, this Court directed the matter to be listed today, 30.04.2026, under the caption "For Dismissal."

3.Despite the petitioner's name being shown in the cause list and the matter being listed under the specific caption for dismissal, there is no Page3 of 4 representation for the petitioner today, either in person or through an alternative counsel.

4.In view of the persistent absence of the petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. 30-04-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SHA To
