ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.08.2025.
¶2Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.
¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation before the respondent, requesting to conduct the survey at the subject property. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
¶5In reply, the learned Government's counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the subject property in this petition is only the property at Survey No.317/3. However, the petitioner's representation was filed for conducting survey at the properties situated at Survey Nos.317/3, 317/3c, 323, 322/1. However, no relevant documents, to substantiate the title of the petitioner over the said properties, was produced before the respondent. Hence, Page3 of 5 she would submit that if a fresh representation is made along with all the relevant documents, the same will be duly considered by the respondent. Therefore, she requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.
¶6Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record.
¶7In the case on hand, upon perusal of the petitioner's representation, it appears that the petitioner's representation was made for larger extent of land, however, the present petition is filed only for the smaller extent. Further, it was submitted by the respondents that the relevant documents were not filed along with the said representation. In such case, no direction can be issued to the official respondents to consider the same.
¶8In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file a proper fresh representation before the respondent, along with all the relevant documents to established his title over the property.
