Evergreen Media Pvt Ltd v. Mohammed Abubucker and 7 Others

ORDER The present Application has been filed to amend the Plaint in C.S. (Comm.Div) No.46 of 2026 by substituting the 7th Respondent/ Defendant M/s.YouTube with Google LLC morefully as described in the schedule and to carry out all consequential amendments in the Long Cause Title, Short Cause Title and the body of the Plaint.

¶2Mr.G.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the respondents would submit that he has no objection in allowing the present application.

¶3Heard both sides.

¶4Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the Application is ordered as prayed for.

¶5Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments to the cause tilte within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
