ORDER This application has been filed to bring on record the following persons namely (i) G.Sasikala, wife of 1st Respondent aged about 39 years (ii) G.Viswanath, Son of 1st Respondent aged about 18 years (iii) G.Amarnath, Son Page4 of 6 of 1st Respondent, aged about 16 years the respondents 14 to 16 herein as thee legal heirs of the 1st respondent and consequently implead and rank them as the proposed respondents 18 to 20 in the A.No.739 of 2023 in C.S.No.202 of 2020.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents who submits that he has got no serious objection in allowing this application.

¶3Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. Consequently, the applicant is directed to carry out the amendments in the cause title of the petition on or before
