ORDER The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on

¶2The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioner along with other accused abused the defacto complainant and his wife and the petitioner stabbed the defacto complainant's wife using knife and Page2 of 5 caused severe injuries on her. Later, she died. Hence, the case.

¶3Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner was arrested and is in judicial custody from 20.03.2026. Hence, he prayed to grant bail to the petitioner.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that investigation in this case is pending and they are awaiting for forensic lab report. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

¶5Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

¶6Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the nature of the offences, considering the fact that material part of investigation in this case is completed and the prosecution is awaiting for forensic lab report, also the fact that no previous case is pending against the petitioner, taking into consideration the period of incarceration undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, subject to certain conditions. [a] Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on him executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur and on further conditions that:- Page3 of 5 [b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at

[g] If the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 BNS. 13-05-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order nr Page4 of 5 To
