Judgment

O R D E R The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1), 351(2) of BNS, in Crime No.136 of 2025 seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioners abused the defacto complaint in filthy language, threatened him of dire consequences and tried to assault him. Hence, the case.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that no one was injured in the alleged incident. He would further submit that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court and sought for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed for the grant of anticipatory bail.

5.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record. Page No.2 of 6
