ORDER This petition is filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to hand over the keys DVR and POS Machine to the petitioner and to issue a direction forbearing the 2nd and 3rd respondents from interfering with the petitioner's business in running the bar in the name of "Lords of the Drinks".

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that although the prayer has two limbs namely to handover the keys DVR and POS Machine to the petitioner and to direct the second and third respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's business of running the bar under the name of "Lords of the Drinks", he is not pressing the first limb of prayer. As far as the first limb of the prayer is concerned, he submits that the keys have already been handed over to the petitioner. He only insists that the petitioner's business should not be interfered with, except in accordance with law.

3.Mr.S.Yogaraja Sekar, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that any action taken will only be in accordance with the law.

4.Recording the same, this petition is closed. 27-05-2026 EP Page3 of 4 Note:
