¶2Today, we find that the Registry has sent notice to the petitioner but the same is awaited.

¶4In the light of the narrative thus far, noticing that the writ petitioner has not made any alternate arrangements, we deem it appropriate to dismiss the captioned WP for default i.e., for non-prosecution.
