ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

¶2The petitioner, who is the plaintiff in the suit O.S. No.523 of 2009, pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Perundurai, seeks for early disposal of I.A. No.448 of 2009.

¶3The aforesaid interlocutory application was filed by the petitioner / plaintiff, seeking for a final decree in the partition suit filed by the petitioner / plaintiff. According to the petitioner, repeated adjournments have been given one ground or another and due to the same, till date, I.A. No.448 of 2009 has not been disposed of.

¶4The petitioner also contends that an advocate commissioner was already appointed and he had also submitted his report. But, till date, the final decree application filed by the petitioner / plaintiff in I.A. No.448 of 2009 has not been disposed of.

¶5No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of I.A. No.448 of 2009 in O.S. No.523 of 2009 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶6Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

¶7This court, after giving due consideration to the year of the interlocutory application and the nature of the suit, directs the Subordinate Court, Perundurai to dispose of the I.A. No.448 of 2009 in O.S. No.523 of 2009 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
