ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 22.01.2026.

¶2Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.Durai Gunasekaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 5 & 6.

¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed an application dated 22.01.2026 before the respondents, requesting for sub-division and patta transfer of the subject property. However, Page3 of 5 the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.

¶5In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation was already rejected by the respondents vide order dated 13.03.2026 on the ground of lack of information on the part of petitioner. Hence, he requests this Court to close this petition.

¶6In the case on hand, the petitioner had filed an application dated

22.01.2026 for sub-division of the subject land and transfer of patta in favour of the petitioner.

¶7Today, it was submitted by the respondents that the petitioner's representation was already rejected by the respondents vide order dated

13.03.2026 on the ground of lack of information on the part of petitioner.

¶8In view of the above, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with all the relevant documents. Upon receipt of the petitioner's representation, the respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
