2.All these writ petitions have been filed in the nature of a Certiorari, questioning the impugned orders whereby recovery was sought from the petitioners. Let me not enter into any discussion of the Page No.3 of 6 facts since the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent had produced a copy of the order dated 25.10.2024 which was separately passed in each writ petition, whereby the respondent has stated as follows: ",e;neh;tpy; gof;f 2-d; go khz;gik brd;id cah;ePjpkd;wj;jpy; gzgpoj;jk; bra;tjw;F jil Miz tH';fg;gl;Ls;sJ. ,g;bghUs; bjhlh;ghf fHf tpjpfspy; ghprPypf;fg;gl;ljpy; According to regulation 1(b)(iv) in Chapter – V of the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Employees Service Regulations 1989, Major penalties Recovery From pay the whole or part of any pecuniary loss caused to the Corporation by negligence or breach of regulation or failure to follow instructions vd;W tpjpfspy; cs;sJ. ,t;tpjpfspd; go nky; eltof;if

3.It is thus evident that the orders impugned in these writ petitions have been withdrawn by the respondent, without prejudice to their right to proceed further in accordance with the rules. Since the impugned orders have been withdrawn, all these writ petitions are hereby disposed of. It is for this reason that there is no discussion on the facts as stated in the affidavits of the writ petitions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
