Order This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to forthwith grant permission to the 6th respondent to institute civil proceedings against the respondents 8 to 11 for declaration of title in favour of the Arulmigu Prasanda Vinayagar Temple by considering the recommendation of the 2nd respondent by proceedings dated 01.08.2025.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already a Civil Suit in OS.No.725/20263 has been filed by the Temple before the Principle District Court, Coimbatore, against the private respondents and therefore, no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.

¶3The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents also produced proof of filing the said Suit, before this Court.
