Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to return the original documents submitted by the petitioner's husband based on the representation dated 23.04.2025.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner had filed a representation dated 23.04.2025, requesting to return the original documents submitted by the petitioner's husband. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

¶3In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that now, the document is available with the Tamil Nadu Housing Federation and hence, he seeks 3 weeks time to return the said document. Therefore, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

¶4Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents and also perused the entire materials available on record. Page3 of 5

¶5In view of the above, without expressing any views or opinions on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2025 and return the original documents to the petitioner, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶6With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost.
