ORDER This Company Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs:- a) To take this report on record; b) To permit the Official Liquidator to conduct Auction sale of assets specified in Lot-B Part II of schedule at Para 2 through M/s.Murray and Co., a Registered Valuer-cum-Auctioneer after valuation of the assets through them. c) To permit the Official Liquidator to dispense with publishing the Sale Notice in the Newspapers d) To permit the Official Liquidator to cause the Sale Notice along with Terms and conditions among the intending purchasers through M/s.Murray and Co. and to publish in the official website of MCA. e) To permit the Official Liquidator to file a sale confirmation report to this Hon'ble Court and hand over the movable assets to the successful bidder on receipt of the entire sale consideration subject to approval of this Hon'ble Court. f) To permit the Official Liquidator to meet all the incidental expenses such as valuation/auctioneer charges etc., from and out Page3 of 4 of the funds of the company in liquidation including this application.

¶3I have perused the contents of the Report filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.
