ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner, who is the 1st respondent in A.S.No.35 of 2025 pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi, seeks an early disposal of A.S.No.35 of 2025.

¶2Since no adverse order has been passed against the respondents 1 to 7 in this revision, notice to the respondents 1 to 7 is dispensed with by Page No.3 of 6 this Court. Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 8 to 11.

¶3The respondents 1 and 2 are the appellants in the aforesaid appeal. According to the petitioner, the appeal has been pending before the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi, since records from the Sub Court have not reached the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi.

¶4Since the appeal is of the year 2025, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi to dispose of A.S.No.35 of 2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶5No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if such a direction is issued by this Court.

¶6Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the The Principal District and Sessions Court at Kallakurichi to Page No.4 of 6 disposal of the appeal in A.S.No.35 of 2025, after obtaining the trial court records, within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
