WP 20682/2024

Judgment

ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks issuance of direction to the respondent authorities for removal of encroachment allegedly made by the sixth respondent.

¶2It appears that earlier also, a petition was filed seeking the same relief. It was disposed of by this Court vide order dated

25.06.2012. It was observed that it is for the State to take suitable action. Later on, the State initiated proceedings and passed adverse orders. It is stated by learned State Counsel as well as learned counsel for the sixth respondent that a revision has been filed and the same is pending before the Government.

¶3In view of the pendency of a revision before the Government, this writ petition is not maintainable and the same is therefore dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. (MANINDRA MOHAN SHRIVASTAVA, CJ.) (G.ARUL MURUGAN, J.)
