The petitioner's land is no way connected with the temple property and the land is in their possession for the past more than 100 years. The patta has been wrongly issued in the name of the above temple without any substantiate documents. The petitioners made an application dated 10.03.2025 to cancel the patta and issue patta in the name of the 5th respondent, but the 5th respondent rejected the application, vide order dated 15.09.2025, against which the petitioner filed an appeal before the 4th respondent on 22.10.2025 and the same is pending. The petitioner also made a representation to the respondents on 27.10.2025 to furnish the documents which was mentioned in the rejection order passed by the 5th respondent, namely Chitta, Adangal, A-Register and other related documents, however till date, the respondents 3 to 5 have not taken any action to furnish the documents.
