3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been in custody since 01.12.2025. He further stated that the Chief and cross-examination of P.W.1 were completed on 21.04.2026 and to substantiate the same, a certified copy of the deposition has been submitted before this Court. 5.On perusal of the statement recorded under Section 183 of the BNSS, it is seen that there are certain allegations of sexual assault by way of inappropriate touch. Although the allegations are serious, considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the petitioner's medical conditions, the fact that the victim has already been examined in chief and cross, and that the petitioner has been incarcerated since

01.12.2025, this Court is of the firm view that his further custody is not required for the purpose of investigation. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Page3 of 4
