ORDER (Order of the Court was made by G.Arul Murugan, J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the provisional attachment order dated 30.03.2026 and to direct respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.04.2026.

¶2Admittedly, the Adjudicating Authority has already issued a notice and the same has been received by the petitioner. It is for the petitioner to submit his objections, including all those grounds which have been taken by him in this writ petition.
