ORDER This application has been filed to issue summons to the 3rd respondent to attend the arbitral proceedings concerning disputes between the Applicants and the 1st and 2nd Respondents in ACP/RBC/08/2024 pending on the file of the Hon'ble Arbitral Tribunal presided by the Sole Arbitrator, R.Balachandran, CA on such date as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court and to produce all original Income Tax Returns of the Partnership Firm, M/S.Srimathi Pharma filed in connection with the Overdraft (Cash Credit) Account No.1667000100000101, including but not limited to the Income Tax Returns for Assessment Year 2018-Page3 of 4 2019, and further to produce all original financial statements, balance sheets, and other documents bearing the signatures of the partners of M/s.Srimathi Pharma, submitted to the said Bank in connection with the said Overdraft Account and tender evidence in the said proceedings as a witness of the Tribunal.

¶2Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents and he has no objection for allowing this application.
