¶2It is the case of the petitioner that she was appointed as Assistant and joined duty on 07.10.2013. Subsequently, the petitioner transferred to Cuddalore District and presently, working Chidambaram. The government had already taken a decision to grant relaxation to the petitioner in respect of Bhavanisagar Training and she reported before the Orathanadu Training Centre wherein she has not been allowed to undergo the training since she is visually disabled.
