¶2Under orders dated 14.02.2024 (Naveen @ Naveen Chakravarthi) and

10.06.2025 (A.Kabilan @ Kabilar), the above condition was modified to state that they shall appear and sign before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. The petitioners have been regularly complying with the same and have filed the present applications seeking further modification of the above condition.

¶3Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Special Public Prosecutor for NIA Cases confirms that till date, the petitioners have been regular in their appearance/compliance. He also submits that trial is on-going, necessitating their appearance on a monthly basis before the trial Court.

¶4In such circumstances, order dated 12.12.2023 modified on

14.02.2024 and 10.06.2025 is further modified to state that they appear on all days when the cases are listed for trial.
