ORDER This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition contained in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 03.06.2026 passed in WP.M.P.

(Crl) No.368 of 2026 in W.P.No.27856 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 read with order dated 21.12.2024 in W.P.No.27856 of 2024, thereby permitting the Petitioner to undertake foreign travel without insisting upon the furnishing of immovable property documents or security to the extent of Rs.50 Crores as a pre-condition stipulated in the Order dated 21.12.2024 passed in W.P.No.27856 of 2024.

¶2On perusal of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.

(Crl) No.368 of 2026 in W.P.No.27856 of 2024, dated 03.06.2026 and on submission made by the learned counsel for either side, nothing requires for modification in the said order passed by this Court.

¶3Accordingly, W.P.MP.Crl.No.525 of 2026 is dismissed.
