¶4Per contra, learned counsel for the respondent/wife submits that the revision petitioner/husband has not complied with the order passed by the trial Court on

¶8If the arrears amount is not paid by the revision petitioner/husband, he is not entitled to proceed with OP No.3648 of 2023. T.V.THAMILSELVI.,J sr

¶9The respondent/wife is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the revision petitioner/husband before the trial Court within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶10The trial court is directed to dispose of O.P.No.3648 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
