¶3The learned Government Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 fairly submitted that, in the event any document relating to the subject property is presented for registration, the 3rd respondent shall consider the petitioner's objections, issue notice to all necessary parties, afford them an opportunity of personal hearing, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law before proceeding further.
