ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 06.10.2025.
¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made an online application dated 06.10.2025 to conduct survey for the land measuring about 1 acre comprised in S.Nos.135/1B2, 135/2B2 and 135/2C1 of Thokkavadi Village, Chengam Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
¶3Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and submitted that the petitioner's application dated
06.10.2025 will be considered within a period of six weeks.
¶4Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
¶5Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated Page3 of 4

¶6It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent to conduct a survey and lay boundary stones at the subject land. In the event any dispute arises regarding the possession of the subject property, the same has to be decided by way of filing a suit before the competent Civil Court.
