ORDER This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2022.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 25.08.2022 to cancel the registration of Sangam viz., Hazrath Pappu Masthan Dargah Matrum Adakasthalam Jamathars Sangam which was registered vide Doc.No.178 of 2022 with the third respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition. Page3 of 4

¶3In reply, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2022 will be disposed of by the third respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

¶4Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

¶5In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.08.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
