Order This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of 4th respondent dated 25.06.2026 and consequential direction for respondents to admit the petitioner's minor son Master F.Faizal Asad to 12th standard (Bio Maths Group) under the Tamil Nadu State Board Syllabus in the 6th respondent Government Higher Secondary School, Singaperumalkoil for the academic year 2026-2027. ¶2At the outset, learned Government Counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that fourth respondent would reconsider the issue and pass orders afresh, keeping in view of the relevant Government Orders, more particularly, the communication / proceedings dated 25.05.2026.

¶3In such view of the matter, impugned proceedings dated 25.06.2026 is set aside. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the matter afresh and pass fresh orders on or before 10.07.2026. It is open to the petitioner to place reliance upon any other Government Order, Communications etc., in support of his request for admission in the said school.

¶4Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the classes have already commenced in the 6th respondent School. Hence, the petitioner's son may be permitted to attend classes, subject to the outcome of the proceedings pending before the fourth respondent.

¶5This Court is inclined to accede to the above request made by the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner's son is permitted to attend classes in the 6th respondent School forthwith, subject to the outcome of the proceedings pending before the fourth respondent. Page4 of 6
