Order This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to implement the transfer order issued by the 1st respondent in proceedings Na.ka. No 4162973/2026/Sa u Thi-1dated 06.03.2026 by relieving the petitioner from the post of Noon Meal Organiser at Panchayat Union Primary School, Memudiyanur, Pudhupalyam Panchayat Union, Thiruvannamalai District and permitting her to Join as Noon Meal organiser at RC. Primary school, C.Nammiyendhal, Pudhupalayam Panchayat Union, Thiruvannamalai District.

¶2It is the case of the petitioner that she was initially appointed as a Cook Assistant under the Dr.M.G.R.Nutritious Meal Scheme on

06.08.2012. She was subsequently promoted as Cook and thereafter as Noon Meal Organiser and was posted at Panchayat Union Elementary School, Melmudiyanur, Pudhupalayam Panchayat Union, Tiruvannamalai District. While so, the first respondent, by proceedings dated 06.03.2026, Page3 of 5 transferred the petitioner to RCM Primary School, C. Nammiyendhal, Pudhupalayam

Panchayat

Union.

However,

the petitioner was not relieved by the third respondent to join the transferred post. Though the petitioner submitted several representations requesting the respondents to implement the transfer order dated 06.03.2026, no action has been taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

¶3Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

¶4Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought in this writ petition, and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking to implement the transfer order dated 06.03.2026 and pass a speaking order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
