ORDER The petitioner/A1 in Crime No.21 of 2026 was granted bail by this Court in Crl.A.No.284 of 2026 by order dated 24.03.2026 with certain conditions. As Page3 of 6 per condition No.8(b), the petitioner was directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Komaralingam Police Station, Tiruppur District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.7682 of 2026 seeking modification of the bail condition. This Court, by order dated 28.04.2026, considering that petitioner has been complying with the conditions without any deviation, modified the condition No.8(b) by directing the petitioner to appear before the Udumalpet Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 28.04.2026 till date. He further submitted that the investigation in this case is almost completed and the appearance of the petitioner has become a mere formality. Further, due to this condition, the petitioner is unable to carry on his regular work and causing him great hardship.
¶3The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition of appearing before the Udumalpet police station on every Saturday, without any deviation. He further submitted that in this case investigation completed and charge sheet to be filed shortly. Page4 of 6
¶4Considering the fact that now investigation almost completed and charge sheet to be filed shortly, the condition to appear before the Udumalpet Police Station is no more required.
¶5In view of the same, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.7682 of 2026 dated 28.04.2026 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court on receipt of summons, without any delay and thereafter shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates without fail and participate in the trial.
