ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Challenge to the construction by the 9th respondent on the ground of it being in serious violation of the guidelines and norms in the matter of running private schools, is the issue raised in this petition.

¶2The status report filed by the respondents states that the construction, which, at the inception was illegal, has now been regularised under the existing rules and guidelines. Without challenge to the regularisation, no further proceedings can be drawn.
