Judgment
Order This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the Arbitration proceedings in Ar.O.P. No. 74 of 2013.
¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the late Arumugam was the absolute owner of the properties comprised in S.F.No. 161/14A2, measuring an extent of 498 sq.m., and S.F.No. 161/13A2, measuring an extent of 73 sq.m. ¶5Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.
¶6In view of the above, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 30.05.2013 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of Page4 of 5 receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice and affording an opportunity to all the parties concerned.
¶7With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected WMP.No.29610/2026, is ordered, subject to payment of separate Court Fee. 13-07-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order SK To
