ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief.

¶2The petitioner, who is the second defendant in the suit O.S. No. 94 of 2025, pending on the file of the Family Court, Udhagamandalam, seeks for early disposal of the suit.

¶3The suit is in the part-heard stage. The suit has been filed for partition. The suit is now posted for cross-examination of D.W.4. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, it is in the same stage from the month of February 2026 onwards.

¶4No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Family Court, Udhagamandalam to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶5There is already a direction issued by this Court in another Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order.

¶6Accordingly, this Court directs the Family Court, Udhagamandalam, to dispose of the suit O.S. No. 94 of 2025 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
