¶7The Inspector of Police, Namagiripettai Police Station ..Respondent(s) Page6 of 8 Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation dated 16.03.2026 and consequently direct the 1st to 5th respondents to confirm the pattas issued in petitioners favour and to give effect to the cancellation of earlier pattas granted to 129 persons, and further direct the 6th and 7th respondents to provide police protection to enable them to peacefully proceed with the construction and enjoyment of their respective houses and to restrain third parties in any manner interfering with their peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property, and thus render justice.
