Judgment

O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to forthwith withdraw, rescind or cancel any and all look out circulars issued in connection with DVAC Hqrs Crime No.3 of 2026 dated 24.06.2026 against the petitioner (bearing Passport No. Z7306374).

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

¶3The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared before the Investigating Officer and cooperating for investigation. Hence, the Look Out Circular issued as against the petitioner may be cancelled.

¶4On perusal of the records, it is revealed that now the Look Out Circular has been acted upon in view of the interim order passed by this Court dated 09.07.2026. Accordingly, the petitioner had appeared before the 4th respondent and cooperated for investigation. In view of the above, keeping the Look Out Circular pending, would not serve any purpose.

¶5Hence, the impugned Look Out Circular issued by the respondents as against the petitioner is hereby cancelled, on condition that the petitioner shall obtain prior permission from the jurisdictional Court, if the petitioner wants to visit abroad.

¶6Accordingly, the Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
