ORDER It is submitted that all allegations made against the party-in-person Thiru.Muralidharan, are withdrawn. Page3 of 5
¶2The clarification petition has been filed submitting that Thiru. Muralidharan appearing as a party-in-person, need not necessarily be a party to participate in the inspection, inasmuch as the Inspection is being carried out by statutory authorities, and therefore it may not be appropriate for a third party to insist on being a party to the Inspection. While agreeing to it, Thiru.Muralidharan would only request that the inspection be conducted in a transparent manner and the report should set out the factual details of the inspection. Agreed to by the learned counsel for respondents.
