¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents-Police, on instructions, submitted that the third respondent-Police vide letter dated 09.07.2025 rejected the representation of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025 on the main ground that the place in which the rally is proposed to be conducted viz., from Royarpalayam to Tiruchengode comes under the jurisdiction of Elachipalayam Police Station.
