ORDER The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to first respondent to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2026 by inspecting the subject premises, verifying whether the commercial activities carried on therein are in conformity with the relevant statutory provisions and the requisite licences, permissions and approvals and if there is any violation or unauthorized commercial activity to initiate appropriate action against the persons concerned strictly in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

¶2At the outset, it was submitted by learned Special Government Pleader for first respondent that they would consider petitioner's representation dated

06.06.2026, conduct enquiry with petitioner, third respondent and any other Page3 of 5 interested party and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by learned counsel for petitioner.

¶3In view thereof, there shall be a direction to first respondent, to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2026, conduct enquiry with petitioner, third respondent and any other interested party and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case.
