Thereafter, they filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.7772 of 2026 seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.4070 of 2026. This Court, by order dated 27.05.2026, modified the condition directing the petitioners to appear before the C1 Flower Bazar Police Station once in every three weeks on Saturday (i.e., on every third Saturday) at

¶2The present petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.7772 of 2026, on the ground that the petitioners are hailing from Tirupathur and for complying with the condition they had to stay in Chennai, which is causing great financial and other hardships. Due to the above condition, the petitioners are unable to carry on with their avocation.

¶3The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition without any deviation. She further submitted that the investigation in this case completed and charge sheet filed through e-filing in LTN20230002243C202600298, on the file of Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST Act, Tirupathur on
