¶4In view of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Vijay Madanlal Choudhary's case (supra), the respondent herein will not have an authority to proceed any further with the proceedings in C.C.No.23 of 2019, which is pending with the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

¶5Accordingly, the proceedings in C.C.No.23 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, is hereby quashed and this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [M.S.R, J.] [N.S, J.]
