¶2When this case comes up today, learned State counsel would submit that, after order was passed by this Court on 29.01.2026, enforcement action was taken against the encroachers by issuing notices, against which writ petition was filed. It is further informed that the said writ petition has been dismissed on 24.02.2026.

¶3Recording the submission made by learned State counsel, the contempt petition is closed. The authorities shall conclude the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the encroachments should be removed.
