Judgment

Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.07.2026.

¶2Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

¶3By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

¶4The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 02.07.2026 before the respondents, requesting them to survey and mark the boundaries of the subject land. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

¶5In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 6 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders. Page3 of 5

¶6Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

¶7In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.07.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, including the adjacent land owners, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, conduct survey at Survey No.113/1A1 & 113/2, preferably by way of DGPS (Differential Global Positioning System). The cost, pertaining to the process of survey, shall be borne by the petitioner.

¶8It is made clear that this order is passed only for the purpose of issuing a direction to the official respondent for conducting survey and laying boundary stones at the subject land. If there is any dispute with regard to the title/possession over the said property, the same has to be decided only by way of filing a suit before an appropriate Civil Court.

¶9If any police protection is required at the time of conducting survey, the revenue officials are granted liberty to avail the same by approaching the jurisdictional police station. In such case, the concerned police officer shall Page4 of 5 provide all necessary protection to the revenue officials till the completion of survey at the subject land.

¶10With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No cost. 29-07-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order nsa To The Tahsildar Taluk office, Krishnagiri Krishnagiri District WPoNo.o29672oofo2026 KRISHNANoRAMASAMYoJ. nsa WPoNo.o29672oofo2026 29-07-2026 Page5oofo5
