ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the memo dated

10.03.2021 and the order dated 05.04.2021 passed by the fourth respondent, thereby imposing the minor punishment of Censure to the petitioner.

¶2The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had joined as Constable in Central Industrial Security Force (in short 'CISF") in the year 2013 and posed at IG Mint, Hyderabad. While he was in service, he was issued with a charge memo dated 10.03.2021 by the fourth respondent. Thereafter, the fourth respondents passed a final order by imposing the punishment of Censure to the petitioner. Challenging the same, the present Writ Petition is filed.

¶3However, the learned Special Panel Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the order impugned, there is an effective appeal remedy is available before the Deputy Inspector General, CISF viz., the second respondent herein and hence this Court may direct the petitioner to file an appeal before the second respondent.

¶4Heard the submissions made by learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

¶5Since there is an effective appeal remedy is available before the Deputy Inspector General, CISF viz., the second respondent herein, this Court permits the petitioner to file an appeal before the second respondent and the period pending before this is excluded for the purpose of limitation.
